I'm so grateful for Hamza and his group of drivers, Raed and Essam. They were all so helpful, kind and went above and beyond. We got to each destination safely. Jordan, a jewel in the Middle East.
We had a fabulous time in Jordan, what a fantastic experience!! The people are amazing, the food is so good and the sights are absolutely impressive. Do not miss Petra, Wadi Rum, Jerash, Dead Sea. I cannot emphasize more the five star treatment we got from Jordan Explorers and especially from our very good driver Anas, who was extremely knowleadgable and went out of his way to get the best view, the best picture and showed us the local tips for restaurants and markets. Thank you Anas for showing us the best showarmas on the road !! we want to come back to Jordan as soon as we can. Seamless service
We got transport from the airport in Amman to Petra. Then got picked up in Petra and bought to Wadi Rum. Then Wadi Rum back to the airport in Amman. Seamless service over the weekend. Reliable service, excellent and dedicated drivers with comfortable cars.
I was given Hamza's number by Patricia from Petra B&B, as I needed a reliable driver for various trips in Jordan. Hamza responded immediately to my WhatsApp message and provided me with the information I needed to plan my trip. Due to the different locations he assigned a couple of drivers including himself to each area of Jordan accordingly as it is quite vast. All drivers spoke English, were punctual, very courteous and safe drivers. Nice to chat with and gave advise and information along the way. A couple of the drivers even made extra stops for me to see a few more places along the way that I had mentioned. Hamza would provide me with the drivers details and photo of the car the day before each trip. Also during my stay in Wadi Musa (Petra), I would WhatsApp Hamza and request a car, and there was never a delay in responding and arranging one for me. Great service - punctual and fuss-free
We spent about a week and a half in Jordan, and engaged Mr Hamza Fdool's transportation service throughout our trip. All the drivers he arranged were punctual and polite, and we were able to communicate well in English. Perfect service
I found this contact for a driver around Jordan on Trip Advisor and used WhatsApp before I left for Jordan to arrange an itinerary. I didn't actually catch the name of the person i speaking to on WhatsApp, but they were very helpful in suggesting places to visit, and then the drivers that actually drove us around were very good. Muhammed first picked us up from Amman and drove us to Wadi Rum, and then the next morning to Aqaba. He spoke enough English to get by and show us around the main sights, and was super polite and a very safe driver, despite the very long drives. He stopped off halfway through at a nice rest stop for a tea break and had ice cold water on hand, which was a life saver in Jordans summer. A few days later, Khalil drove us from Aqaba to Madaba. His English was perfect, and we had great conversations on Jordanian culture and way of life. It was really fascinating. Again, halfway through the 4 hour drive, he stopped at a rest break and gave us as much time as we needed to pray/get some snacks look around, etc. Couldn't recommend this company more. We would do it again....
Very positive experience: We contacted Hamza via Email for a private tour (7 people) from Allenby bridge to Petra, Mount Nebo, Madaba and finally taking us to Eilat. Communication very precise and to the point. The driver received us after the border. Very good English. Highly informative, polite as well as reserved (what we liked a lot). I booked Hamza and his team of drivers to transport me from place to place during my 2 weeks in Jordan and can highly recommend them. Very professional kind drivers who don’t use their cell phones or smoke when driving. Always on time, clean comfortable cars, good communication. When I first reached out to Hamza for a price quote ( which I found very reasonable) he replied almost immediately. Excellent service and a wonderful group of people. Thank you to you all!
